Wow! Thank you, don Jose Ruiz. Currently, it is the time of year (colder and darker January) when I go into my cave to hibernate and isolate myself. Sometimes, it’s difficult for me to emerge because it feels safe from all of my fears. But, as you and your father says, my “fears” are all lies that I have believed and told myself. I guess it’s time for me to start exposing the lies and emerge from the cave. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
