The Toltecs merged with the Mayan civilization and culture. Many Mayan ruins and pyramids such as Chichen Itsa have both Mayan and Toltec influences. The Toltecs kept their knowledge secret for many years until the late 1960’s when don Juan Matus through Carlos Castaneda brought the knowledge out to mass consciousness. More recently authors and naguals such as don Miguel Ruiz, Kristopher Raphael, Theun Mares and Víctor Sánchez have brought the power Toltec Wisdom to the forefront.

There are a number of Toltec Wisdom books beginning with the entry level works of don Miguel Ruiz’s bestselling book The Four Agreements (Cuatro Acuerdos). The original Carlos Castaneda series. The practical guide by Kristopher Raphael called The Mastery of Awareness (who also gives Toltec Wisdom online courses and takes groups on Power Journeys to sacred Toltec pyramids), and the in depth series by Theun Mares.

To whatever degree you choose to move into the Toltec path, you will find powerful wisdom and potentially life transforming knowledge.
