The body is you. If I shoot you in the heart you will quickly realise how important your body was to you. This sort of “wisdom” promotes disrespect for the body and is dangerous to health.
Why are you here? To be a jerk or what? Don’t watch it if you don’t like it and don’t run your mouth because you can’t understand it.

we are mirrors that reflect the light which is god, which is life..we can see ourselves in everybody/everything if willing… we are the light of life and will be forever unless we let knowledge consume us.. ONE LOVE
we are nothign really, what makes us is the actions we take that is ordered by God, so free will itself ceases to exist, we are just a soul which God has ordered us to be, nothing more than that, our freewill is also subject God’s orders, hence everything is controlled by the almighty, people who think they are amazing dont realise the reality of the grave which is that they become nothing oneday, which we all are in reality nothing
